Grad Job Tracker
A graduate job-application tracker built around analytics: it tracks applications, stages and interviews, then uses statistics, TF-IDF text mining and hand-written machine-learning models to show what is and isn't turning applications into interviews.
- Led a three-person team, setting up the solution, CI and task split, reviewing and merging PRs and delivering the final build.
- Built the analytics layer: interview rates with confidence intervals, hand-written TF-IDF, skill-gap ranking and plain-English insights.
- Wrote logistic regression and naive Bayes classifiers from scratch, compared with 5-fold cross-validation against a baseline.
